Client Interface : Highly skilled Cerulean resources will re-locate to client sites, understand user requirements, evolve Information and System Architecture and publish a detailed Project Plan, with deliverables, responsibilities and contingencies. This is the Requirements Analysis phase. Cerulean resources have worked in the English, Spanish, and Greek language environments for Requirements Analysis. After the Requirements Analysis is done, Cerulean resources will return to the offshore development centers in India for project development and execution.
It is the client’s prerogative to invite Cerulean for an onsite visit for the Requirements Analysis phase. It is quite possible to do the Requirements Analysis tasks out of our India offices, relying on collaborative tools like phone, audio and video conferences and chat for exchanging viewpoints till the Functional Specifications, Screen flow documents and Database design documents are put in place.
