Cerulean is founded and managed by a team of professionals with premier Engineering, Finance and Business backgrounds, with work experience in Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Hewlett Packard.

Binoy Mohan, Cerulean co-founder and runs Technology and Quality

Binoy Mohan

Binoy is a Cerulean co-founder and runs Technology and Quality. He holds twin degrees in Information Technology and Chartered Accounting. Previous responsibilities include various Operations & technology roles in Citibank and lead management of several projects for Citibank in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Prasanth Balakrishnan, Cerulean co-finder and runs Delivery and Finance.

Prasanth Balakrishnan
Prasanth is a Cerulean co-founder and runs Delivery and Finance. He graduated in engineering from the College of Engineering, Amravati University and did his post graduation in Finance & Management Studies from Sydenham Institute. Previous responsibilities include senior management roles in Hewlett Packard and Merrill Lynch.
Arunachalam R, Program Manager

Arunachalam R
Arunachalam joined Cerulean in 2002 and has rapidly risen to the position of Program Manager and a member of the management team. He graduated in engineering from the Government College of Engineering, with previous responsibilities in system development and quality assurance in a number of IT firms.

In addition, Cerulean has an empowered Leadership Team comprising of select employees and management team members, and is a forum for review, reflection and brain-storming on key strategic and operational issues and opportunities.
